Real Estate developer Better Home has launched an OOH campaign to advertise an upcoming residential and commercial development in the New Administrative Capital. Replicating the name of sister project in New Cairo, Midtown New Capital aims at developing a community of luxury homes and miscellaneous facilities surrounded by green spaces. This is the first Real Estate campaign we report for the prospect new city, and the ads so far only showcase abstract backgrounds with ad copy that reads “The first villas in the New Administrative Capital”, as well as the name of the project. With uni-poles, mega-signs, double-decker poles and special set-ups, the campaign can be seen on the main roads across the Greater Cairo.
