The real estate game is resuming its action on the billboards of Dubai, introducing BADR, also known as Madinat BADR, by Dubai Islamic Bank, at the heart of Muhaisnah, on a luring out-of-home promotional campaign. The unique residential project molded its identity back in 1975, when His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum gave the land to Dubai Islamic Bank to start this inventory place. Written in both the English and Arabic languages, BADR is inviting all its potential buyers to “Pay 10% and move-in today”, using a transactional marketing tactic to achieve the desired ROI. As for the visuals, it tease the audiences with the inside of the project, giving the Emirati people a glance of their future community. The campaign was out there in the streets of The Emirates in the first week of September, using a bridge billboard by Hills Advertising, located in Mohamed bin Zayed Rd., and a hoarding in Al Khawaneej St., Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
