Developing unique boutique projects, real estate developer Minka is introducing its brand new mixed-use project The Hoft located in Taj City on an outdoor advertising campaign with an investor’s mindset to announce their delivery date. With a huge investment of EGP 500m, the developer is promoting their project’s features of “Serviced studios” and “Hybrid property” which are “Developed by Minka”, while the master developing process lies in the hands of Madinat Nasr For Housing and Development (MNHD). The project will be out there on the ground soon, according to the developer’s release that they are “Delivering in 2023”, adding “What a beautiful investment” to refer to the complementary visuals that show how green, sophisticated and well-planned THE HOFT is. Seen on a serial of uni-poles, in addition to double-decker poles, The Hoft took place during the third week of February in various locations across Greater Cairo.
