Karma Real Estate is showing off Inizio Mall's benefits and advantages on an OOH campaign to promote its new offices and clinics offered. The real estate developer is promoting Inizio Mall's units in the New Administrative Capital with two visuals. They used a zoomed-out image of the mall to view its modernized design, with a single call-to-action Own your office or clinic in the heart of the New Capital, but two different copies to display their easy payment facilities. A copy was showing the advantageous down payment and installments period the project offers, while the other is highlighting their monthly installment amount in a red box catchy enough for the viewers. The promotional OOH campaign took place at the beginning of February, using mega-signs and uni-poles in various locations across Cairo, Egypt.
