Real estate developer Khozam Developments has been popping on the roads of Cairo, Egypt lately to announce themselves to the OOH Egyptian market with their first project Go Heliopolis, reinforcing it on another outdoor advertising campaign to showcase the project’s details. The what appears to be a mixed-use project is using different ad copies to elaborate more “The residential compound in Heliopolis” explaining that it contains “Commercial units ... Administrative units … Clinics” with a 3D conceptual design of the project. Other visuals show offices and an ad copy that states “Your Company’s address” and “Your clinic’s address”, while the bottom side includes their payment facilities and hotline and website URL as a CTA. The huge media plan filled the city during the first week of February, using double-decker poles, uni-poles and billboards distributed over different locations across Greater Cairo.
