After presenting the residential project on an outdoor advertising campaign this March in the New Administrative Capital, Gates Developments returns to the OOH arena with Catalan and Audaz; this time announcing their installment plan and down payment details with an awareness out-of-home campaign. The Spanish inspired residential project is keeping their designing style to make sure they follow the flow of their branding guidelines, with a blend of a purple and blue background that adds mystery and elegance to the billboards of Cairo, portraying the project’s buildings in 3D. Regarding the ad copy, it announces their down payment and installment plan to the viewers, adding that “Catalan”, “New Capital”, “A life of comfort”. As for Audaz’s campaign, it shows a 3D design of their resedential project and an ad copy that says “Your future investment”. Popping up during the second week of October, the campaign uses uni-poles and double-decker poles in many locations across Greater Cairo.
