After depending on the word of mouth marketing strategy for years, the global search engine Google keeps fulfilling its mission to remind everyone that they can ask Google for anything with a branding out-of-home advertising campaign to continue the path that they started since their World Cup campaign, followed by their March OOH campaign and finally June’s outdoor campaign. The term googling has been added to the worldwide dictionaries during the few past decades, as a result of the whole wide-world dependent on the most popular search engine Google. The search engine reinforces their previous campaigns with the same design template and ad copy that has been a conversation between the billboards of Cairo and the car passengers on the roads. As for the ad copy, it informs you that you can “Know the match timing” and “Results”, “Your favorite team’s ranking”, in addition to “The nearest restaurant to you” to make sure you relay on them in finding anything. The campaign was spotted during the first week of October, using uni-poles, billboards, mega-signs and double-decker poles in different locations across Greater Cairo.
