United For Real Estate Development has appeared on the billboards of Cairo to advertise their business park G3 Mall with an awareness outdoor campaign; the project is located in New Administrative Capital and it contains clinics, offices and retail shops. Showing in the displayed visuals a conceptual design of the mall in a night mode, it looks luxurious and modern. As for the ad copy, it describes the mall as “The most elegant mall in New Administrative Capital”, mentioning that it has “Shops – Clinics – Offices” and lastly dropping their payment plan for whoever is interested. Parallel to it, the logo of the advertiser is displayed as well as their hotline for more information. Parallel to it another visual that only uses a black background with the logo of the advertiser and their tagline written in a golden Arabic font A leap in your life. The campaign was launched during the second week of September, using uni-poles, double-decker poles and mega signs in various locations across Greater Cairo.
