After a long disappearance from the OOH scene since their last outdoor campaign in 2017, real estate developer Catalyst Developments has launched a new OOH campaign using B2B marketing strategy to advertise for their business complex Cairo Capital Center in New Cairo, Egypt. With more than 20 years of experience in the Egyptian market, Catalyst Developments has created a six-story building that offers prime office spaces and additional business services; it is capable to host a range of different firms. Showing in the visuals the conceptual design of the project that reflects exclusivity and luxury with its modern design, they are exactly the same as their previous campaign but the shots are in daylight; as for the ad copy, it appears right under the logo of the project “Your business address in New Cairo”; and parallel to it, appears the website URL and hotline for any further information. The ad copy also invites firms to “Move in 2020” and it announces its payment plan with “0% down payment”. The campaign was spotted during the second week of September, using double-decker poles, mega signs and light-boxes in different places across Greater Cairo.
