Al-Futtaim Group’s residential project CFC Homes in New Cairo is back to the OOH scene after their last outdoor campaign in June, launching an OOH campaign to announce their summer offers with extended payment plans; up to 8 years installments. Seizing the summer season, where there are weddings, new projects and lots of new beginnings; CFC gives you the opportunity to choose between apartments and villas, showcasing their offer on a super calming night shot with a navy blue background and a part of a building appears in the scene. As for the ad copy, it says “8 years installments” translating the same ad copy to “تقسيط حتى 8 سنوات لفترة محدودة”. The upper right space includes the advertiser’s logo and hotline as a CTA to the billboards viewers.
