After disappearing from the OOH scene for 7 months since their last campaign, Egyptian real estate developer Arabia Holding is back with a new outdoor campaign to announce their latest residential phase Malkata Residence in their project Sun Capital that is located in 6th of October City. The visuals show a 3D image of the phase from above, perfectly summing up their modern buildings, private pools, promenades and beautiful lakes; regarding the ad copy, it introduces the name of the phase “Malkata Residence” also announcing that they are delivering “Fully finished apartments”, their hotline appears at the bottom space for more inquiries. In addition to another visual that only uses their branded black backgrounds with the name of the advertiser and brand, along with the payment plan they are offering. Spotted during the third week of August, the campaign is seen on uni-poles, double-decker poles and triple uni-poles in several locations across Greater Cairo.
