After appearing in a branding outdoor campaign in June, leading real estate developer Tatweer Misr has launched an OOH campaign for their residential project Bloomfields, which is located in Mostakbal City; using B2C marketing strategy to offer their clients special deals and offers. The displayed visuals show a dark petrol blue wall, and laps dangling from the ceiling that give a sense of elegance and calmness of the interior design; this brings us to the ad copy that has a special promotion for their residents and future buyers “Choose your interior design finishing” and “10 years equal 5% down payment” written in huge white fonts. The logos of the advertiser, brand and Mostakbal City appear in the visuals along with their hotline for further information. The campaign appeared during the first week of August, on serials of uni-poles, double-deckers, mega signs and butterfly double-deckers in multiple locations across Greater Cairo.
