Al Watania Real Estate Development and Value Real Estate Development are back to the billboards of Greater Cairo to promote Value Mall 2 in the 5th settlement. The visuals use navy blue background with an ad copy in a huge white font, announcing “Value Mall 2”, offering all shop owners the chance to own a shop in their newly leading mall with “0% deposit” and “Payments facilities up to 72 months” explaining that the “The answer is in the shop”. Another visual with the sky as a background has a real-life shot of the shopping mall at the center. The bottom space has Value real estate development’s logo and their hotline for any further information. The campaign was spotted during the second week of July and can be seen on double-decker poles, uni-poles and mega-signs across Greater Cairo.
