Real Estate developer ASD has launched a new OOH campaign on the second half of the month to advertise the release of Phase I of their first project on the North Coast “Sabbia”. Located on Marsa Matrouh area, the project aims at offering a gated holiday resort with beach-inspired architecture, green landscapes, swimming pools, and a private serviced-beach. The artwork of the campaign depicts a woman and young kid sitting on the beach shore and enjoying a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The ad copy includes the project’s name up front and the slogan “Closer than ever”, as well as the payment conditions With Large and X-Large uni-poles and Gates, the campaign spreads across the Greater Cairo in selected locations.
