Shifting away from its previous Fazza plans campaign, du returned to Dubai’s Out-of-Home landscape with a campaign centred on flexibility, promoting select “Power” Plans through a two-month free offer paired with cancel-anytime terms.

Flexibility has become an increasingly important consideration for consumers evaluating internet providers, particularly in a category traditionally associated with long-term commitments and cancellation barriers. Du's latest campaign responded to this dynamic by promoting select Power Plans with a two-month free offer paired with cancel-anytime terms. The offering is built around a plug-and-play 5G router, allowing customers to access home internet services without the installation requirements typically associated with fiber broadband.

The campaign's visual execution reflected the simplicity of the offer itself. Large typography gave prominence to the "2 Months Free" proposition, while supporting copy communicated the cancel anytime benefit with minimal distraction. Rather than relying on extensive product specifications, the creative prioritised immediate readability, allowing the offer to remain the dominant focal point across Dubai's roadside landscape.

du's latest rollout reflects how telecom providers are increasingly competing through accessibility and reduced commitment barriers. In a category where long-term contracts have traditionally shaped consumer decision-making, the campaign positioned convenience and freedom of choice as the primary drivers of consideration.

The campaign launched across Dubai's hoardings and digital screens during the second week of May.
