Leading Egyptian developer ARDIC is back on the billboards to present their latest residential project in Mostakbal City. Under the name of Leeway Apartments, the ads combine the branding of the new project with images of the interior of the home units. The slogan “Always room for more” and tagline “Designed for spacious living” emphasize the open spaces showcased in the ad visuals, with a more traditional marketing approach than previous campaigns from the brand. The campaign was released during the first week of August and can be seen on a large variety of OOH types and sizes across the Greater Cairo.
