UAE’s skyline is greeted with a splash of color and vibrancy, as Visit Malaysia 2026 launches its new outdoor campaign,  inviting residents and visitors to "Discover Asia's Best in One Extraordinary Destination."

Over the urban daily grind, billboards sweep passersby instantly into a Malaysian sunset, golden heavens, tranquil turquoise waters, and the majesty of the country's world-renowned overwater villas. With this visual escape, Malaysia is not only content to be a destination, but an experience.

The billboards consist of a grand photograph of Pulau Mabul in Sabah, where wooden villas gently float above a peaceful crystal-clear ocean during sunset. The view emits peacefulness and calmness, immediately captivating viewers who want to flee from urban surroundings.

At the left side, two beaming bear mascots dressed in Malaysian attire greet pedestrians with friendly faces, a visual greeting to Malaysia's warmth, hospitality, and family-oriented reputation. This blending of real scenery and cartoon characters meets halfway between realistic tourism and pure imagination, appealing to adults and kids alike.

The campaign slogan is noted in Arabic, translating to "Surreal Experiences. Explore Asia's Greatest in One Exceptional Destination."

The words are easy to read and inviting, blending cultures seamlessly. The message is that Malaysia does not just offer tourism, but an experience, one that encompasses the best of Asia's scenery, cuisine, and customs in one vibrant nation. The use of the adjective "Surreal" adds emotional impact, defining Malaysia as a destination that is almost dreamlike in its beauty and complexity.

The feature of the slogan "Malaysia, Truly Asia" reaffirms the country's timeless tourism brand,  celebrating its multicultural heritage and natural diversities. 

The campaign was boasted upon hoarding billboards in the third week of October.
