Cairo city streets are now alive with a fresh billboard outdoor campaign by Arcom Developments, showcasing their two flagship developments, Wasla and Zawaya, with Sabbour Consulting. The striking simplicity of billboards combined with an assertive tone makes them impossible to ignore, and this establishes Arcom as a new force in Egypt's highly competitive property market.

The graphics are a simple, dark blue colour scheme with clean typography and minimal clutter, a design they have used before in their prior feature. For Wasla, the billboard communicates ease of access and convenience in a simple message: "From 10% Downpayment | Up to 10 Years" alongside the Arabic slogan "In the heart of Sheikh Zayed". This immediately attracts potential buyers and residents looking for easy payment schemes within one of Cairo's hottest neighborhoods. The background imagery of the project quietly emphasizes its modern architecture without taking away from the primary financial incentive.

Zawaya's billboard breaks free from the conventional creative approach with an in-your-face and cheeky headline: "NOT ONE. TWO!!", alongside the Arabic sentence translating to "The offer that will change the rules of the market". The words provoke curiosity and questioning on the viewer's part to find out why this offer is so groundbreaking.
