Arcom's commercial project, Zawaya, receives a new OOH campaign that covers premium billboard space with the following blunt headline: "NOT ONE… TWO!!" The copy is short and snappy, accompanied by a black-and-white sketch of an architectural rendering, daring typography, and a minimal color scheme that lends the message a sense of urgency and freshness to it. They commemorate their other projects, “VSquare Mall, Wasta, and Heaven Plaza”. 

Beneath the surface glamour, the Arabic headline compels even more: "The offer that will remake the market." This is not marketing fluff. They’re positioning themselves as a modern commercial complex comprising five discrete but intertwined structures, designed to house a hybrid mix of retail venues, office suites, medical clinics, and restaurant concepts. It's not selling square meterage; it's cutting flow, functionality, and foot traffic. Arcom is clearly surfing the wave of growing demand for multi-purpose commercial real estate that aligns with Cairo's evolving urban cycles.
