In today’s crowded real estate market, standing out is no easy feat. However, with Victorian-style architecture, standing out is no problem. Al Dawlia Developments launched an out-of-home campaign for its latest project, Regent’s Square, across East Cairo. Showcasing its aristocratic uniqueness and following the developer’s previous appearance in March 2018, promoting Regent’s Park. The billboards display diverse project visuals, including gates, green landscapes, and water ponds, highlighting the complete lifestyle rather than a single element. The tagline “One of a kind living” underscores uniqueness and exclusivity, while the serif font and the crest-like logo convey European aristocratic elegance. With a strong focus on architectural structure, the campaign evokes status, privacy, and exclusivity, directly appealing to elite buyers. The message is further reinforced by the project’s involvement in Cityscape’s exhibition, alongside the developer’s logo, a well-known name in Egypt’s real estate industry. Moreover, the phrase “Luxury in Details” further implies the project’s positioning, while the hotline placed in the bottom right corner serves as a clear call to action. Furthermore, the color palette reinforces the project’s upscale positioning with its royal blue color. Regent’s Square is an inspiration from Victorian architecture, making it one of the few residential projects in New Cairo with this classical European style. The compound dedicates 60% of its total 25 acres to green landscapes, creating a balance between luxury living and nature. Additionally, it will feature 41 residential buildings and 2 hotel apartment complexes, offering a mix of homes and serviced units within one gated community.
