In a bold move on Dubai’s billboards, OnPlan Real Estate launched a new OOH campaign uniting multiple property-related brands under one umbrella, covering property purchase, design, rentals, inspection, and maintenance, which offers an end-to-end real estate experience. The campaign showed up around the city in the fourth week of August. While the campaign may not rely on catchy visuals, the presence of so many brands on a single billboard builds curiosity within the receiver, questioning the connection between them all and successfully gaining their attention on a subconscious level. The campaign is displayed on a hoarding billboard featuring five brands: OnPlan Real Estate, Authentic Holiday Homes, Snag X Property Inspection Services L.L.C., TouchUp Building Maintenance, and OnPlan General Trading. With a brief description under each brand to further explain what each brand works on. This is accompanied by the tagline “Keep your real estate investments in one place.” Although the campaign runs across limited locations, the billboard’s large size grabs the attention of passersby and pedestrians easily. In addition, its black and yellow color scheme reinforces OnPlan Real Estate’s brand identity, leaving a memorable impression that stands out in the outdoor landscapes. OnPlan Real Estate was launched in 2019, starting as a company under the umbrella of Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Today, it’s an establishment of 6 companies, achieving a distinguished presence in the National Broker Initiative, crowned with government awards in the field of real estate brokerage.
