Prices like starting from AED 1,135 and “AED 2,999” are clearly highlighted, with a clear value proposition, allowing the brand to address the price-conscious purchaser directly while still being able to maintain an aspirational lifestyle appeal. Other ad spaces also note the catchy slogan “Shop & Win AED 100,000” as well as “Your Rent in Us”, offering the audience the chance to buy from Pan Home and stand a chance to win enough money to cover your rent or mortgage. The huge selling point “Shop & Win” is showcased in red, which grabs attention with urgency and excitement.
