Mercedes released an OOH campaign on the third of July in an attempt to create buzz around their all new AMG GT 63 APXGP iteration. The campaign utilizes digital screens and follows their previous appearance in March 2025. This is a monstrous DOOH campaign by Mercedes-Benz to celebrate their new Mercedes-AMG GT 63 APXGP Edition that combines the luxury of an automotive masterpiece and the excitement of motion pictures. The release was coupled with the release of the near future F1 The Movie, harkening to the power and accuracy of Formula 1 racing. The campaign represents the desire of Mercedes AMG to go beyond creating sedans with performance values to include inspiration through creativity and narrative, and to reach aspirational people and auto-enthusiasts all over the UAE. The imagery of the campaign is presented on the polished gold-framed digital displays in the high rise backdrop of Dubai marina, supplementing the message of class and innovation. One is a real-world shot of the back of the GT 63 with the tagline of “Dreams Inspire”. The first screen caption is in white font and plain font that is written as follows: Ambition Wins.” and the other screen is a mirror of the latter. The AMG GT 63 with its sleek body, black color, sits in the center of a jaggedly stylized track, indicating speed and perfection in both displays. The co-branding of the campaign with AMG and Formula 1, together with its bilingual expression, brings the campaign both relevant worldwide and locally, juggling the technological, luxury as well as inspirational elements in an environment of high traffic in a city-based location.
