MARAKEZ repeats teaser launch for new project “Central West”

Real Estate developer MARAKEZ – part of giant Saudi Group Fawaz Alhokair – has launched an OOH campaign to advertise their new project “Central West” in West Cairo.
With the slogan “West Cairo’s New address”, the ads focus on the conceptual branding of the project, giving away nothing about the type of properties or payment plans. Some ads include the developer’s main projects in Egypt, such as Mall of Arabia, AEON, The Park, and Food Hall, thus reinforcing the reliability of the brand without the need of any slogan. It seems that among the clutter of Real Estate outdoor campaigns, MARAKEZ is keen to stand out with the conceptual elegance of a well-designed teaser launch, just like they did last May for the upcoming AEON towers, also located in West Cairo.
The campaign uses Large and X-Large uni-poles, Gates, Serials, Lightboxes, and Megas on some of the best locations across the Greater Cairo.
