Leading Egyptian real estate developer MNHD has surprised us once more with the new campaign for their SARAI project. It seems that after developing Nasr City, Madinet Nasr for Housing & Development seems very much focused on expanding the boundaries of Cairo further East with new luxury compounds.
Their SARAI projects keeps growing and so does their OOH campaigns! Increasing the number of locations, developing new artwork, and including the no-down payment promotion, this new campaign goes straight to the top of our April ranking.
If in our article from last 9th February 2017 we mentioned the direct style of the former campaign, the new ad copy keeps going in the same direction, with bolder messaging: “Zero boundaries. Zero stress. Zero down payment”. And of course it keeps the central project slogan: “The rhythm is yours”.
