New Plan developments highlight the OOH grid with their newest project, “Talah New Capital”. The company is known for previous articles such as Tonino Lamborghini New Capital, Atika, Eleven, and last but least, Serrano; each and every project is mentioned on the current billboard.
It’s worth mentioning that the real estate development company’s last campaign was about their project, Tonino Lamborghini.
The billboard's copy is dark blue, which is a good color choice as it shows elegance and stability. But what’s a little confusing is the Arabic letter that shows over the “T” of Talah that might ring a bell to the Arabic audience and give a hint to pronounce it the Arabic way. Still, for non-Arabic, it won’t do anything but add an unknown character to the copy.
On the flip side. The hotline shows in a decent font to help the audience to contact the real estate company.
In addition to that, the green element added to the visual makes the perfect sense as New Plan Development describes Talah as “More Greenery” to promise the target audience wide, serene, and green areas. It was genius to deliver such a succinct added element to the visual.
