‘Capital Hills Developments’ Teases Its Audience Through Elegant Teal Strokes on Outdoor Advertising Campaign

It’s always great news to welcome a new contender to join the OOH race to increase the competition’s level. And speaking of new contenders, it seems like we’re facing a rise of a fresh brand to the greater Cairo outdoor advertising sitemap that keeps us on our toes already, although it’s only a teaser campaign.

Capital Hills Developments is a real estate company that was founded in 2021 in Egypt with a specific vision and mission to achieve, and we think that the company is following its objective undoubtedly.

As per the company’s online existence, you’ll learn that the company launched four projects which are Park Point, Point 11, Point 9, and Park Yard.

The real estate up-and-comer, Capital Hills, chose the digital route to parade its latest campaign; the DOOH option will benefit the company for several reasons. The simplest one of them is by creatively showcasing the brand to reach a broader audience; another reason is the brand gets complete control of its appearance, especially when the brand can manage how long it can stay on the screens, which can benefit real estate investors specifically to chose how long they can promote a specific project in a specific season.

The current outdoor campaign of Capital Hills is following what’s been known in the last few years in the OOH, especially the real estate OOH, which combines the branding and teaser approach in the same campaign. On the billboard, there’s nothing much to say other than the billboard is in a rich royal blue color that indicates reliability and tranquility in advertising with the word “Launching soon” and the logo of Capital Hills along with the hotline.

It’s worth mentioning that Capital Hills’ campaign is running on Zayed Digital Boards along with other digital screens across Greater Cairo and Giza as a digital OOH campaign.
