Stunning OOH campaign for beach project Coast 82

Real Estate consortium Hyde Park Developments has launched a stunning OOH campaign full of special effects to advertise the take-off of new beach project “Coast 82” in Sahel.
Exactly 82Km from the touristic city of Marsa Matruh, the project aims at becoming a luxury oasis of hotel and residences inspired by the valleys and dunes of the location. The development seems to continue the nature-infused trend that has been so successful in their flagship project Park Corner residences in New Cairo.
Launched in the last week of June, the campaign showcases location icons over crystalline beaches and flowery backgrounds, with straightforward ad copy that announces the launch of the project and the payment plan. The impressive live water effects and special set-ups send this campaign straight to the top of our Creative Concept section for the month of July.
With striking Serials, special die-cuts, Megas, Double-deckers and Triple Gates, the campaign can be spotted in the highest-trafficked roads of Greater Cairo and the North Coast.
